The Coronavirus has changed our way of life and put many of us in a tough spot personally, professionally and/or financially. We've also experienced more loss in the last few months than we have in a long time. Many people have lost their lives, a lot have lost their jobs and people have lost their ability to connect and be with others. In sports, we've been hit hard too, there have been lots of furloughs, many layoffs, and some teams have ceased operations. We've been through some of these things before, like the loss of a loved one, the loss of a job, natural disasters like Katrina, and national emergencies and catastrophes like 09.11.01. What have we learned about our prior losses that can help us right now? This webinar is all about how we can best deal with loss and keep moving our lives in a positive direction.
