How do you handle Covid as a sales objection?
Important to isolate the objection prior to handling it. Tell me more about that... When you say COVID, does that mean safety, or finances? You can try removing that objection... if COVID wasn't a thing right now, would you be buying/coming back? Is that the true objection? If it is, then tell them your company policy, next steps and handle it with confidence. If it's not the true objection, figure out what the real objection is and then handle it like you ordinarily would. Hope that helps!
